We offer a full range of spare parts for our own kilns, as well as a stock of spares for all the major kiln manufacturers. These include manufacturer approved spare bricks, valves and other components; all of the highest quality.

Our spare parts are covered by manufacturer’s warranties and are guaranteed to give reliable service throughout their life-cycle. You can purchase spares from us on a parts-only basis for your own engineers to install, or as part of a repair and maintenance contract.

Kiln & Furnace Repairs

If your kiln develops a fault, we provide a rapid response repair service, including all the parts and labour you need to restore your kiln to full operating order. From our engineering base near Stoke-on-Trent, just minutes from the M6 motorway, we can attend any business location in the UK within a few hours.

The goal of our repair service is to restore operation with a minimum of downtime, with quality parts that provide a permanent solution to the problem.

We also provide remote diagnosis and telephone support. Many common issues can be quickly assessed and resolved over the phone, without the need for an engineer callout.

Maintenance

Industrial kilns require regular maintenance and calibration to operate at their full efficiency. A programme of Planned Preventative Maintenance is preferable to reactive repairs, as it can detect many faults at an early stage and reduce the cost of downtime.

Your maintenance schedule will depend on the type and age of your kiln, as well as your production volume. We can recommend a flexible maintenance plan to suit your requirements and save you repair costs over the long term.
